Also bei mir gibt es diese Klasse sowohl in
WP 2.3.3 als auch 2.5.1. Arbeitest Du etwa mit einem noch älteren WordPress? Falls nicht, ist Deine WordPress-Installation eventuell nicht vollständig/beschädigt oder es ist ein Rechte-Problem. Schau auf jeden Fall mal nach, ob der obige Pfad stimmt und ob sich das File class-phpmailer.php dort befindet.
