Sorry - ich habe folgende Anleitung aus dem MU-Forum angewand:

define ('WPLANG', ''); to define ('WPLANG', 'de_DE');
Enter the admin-menu, "Site Admin" / "Settings" and down the Page you can set the site-wide language (de_DE).
